| The Secretariat will be open on Friday, 16th of April, between 15h and 19h. The Hard Floor is open at 18h, together with the bike storage. The location is the E.B. 2/3 Dr. Correia Alexandre school, in Caranguejeira.  |

| During the event warm home made meals will be available, which will include: soup, main dish, drink and desert. There will be service on Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. The service will take place in the E.B. 2/3 Dr. Correia Alexandre school (100 metres from the Arena). Lunch service will start at 12h00 while Saturday dinner will start at 19h00. The cost is 7€ if bought on-line, before the event. During the event, in secretariat, the cost will be 8.5€.  |
